When your transaction is accepted by PayPal, you will receive a receipt via email from PayPal. If you do not receive a receipt from PayPal shortly after completing a transaction, your transaction may not have been received or processed correctly. If you do not receive an email receipt from PayPal, please return to the ordering page and re-submit your order. All remittances must be in US dollars. Your jewelry will usually ship within 7 business days of receipt of payment. We ship only to confirmed or verified addresses within the United States via US Postal Service Domestic Priority Mail, Domestic Express Mail and Global Priority Mail to Canada. Delivery confirmation is available for all orders shipped via Domestic Priority Mail and Express Mail; Domestic Express Mail is insured. Delivery confirmation is not available for Global Priority Mail.
