We don't stop at designing jewelry!

Customer care means making sure that you not only look good in your jewelry, you also feel good about your jewelry. We took care to make sure our customer care policies would give you confidence in shopping with us, because we want you to come back often!

Shipping: We ship orders in the United States via US Postal Service Priority or Express Mail with delivery confirmation. We ship orders to Canada via US Postal Service Global Priority Mail. No delivery confirmation is available for shipments to Canada. We do not currently ship to destinations outside of the continental United States other than Canada.

All of our jewelry is handmade with great care, which means orders may take up to 7 business days to ship. If your order will take longer than 7 business days to ship, we will notify you via email with an estimated delivery date. If you require us to expedite an order, please email us at customercare@jewelrybyyau.com or call us at 212-579-0249 with your name, order date, order total and the date you need the item by. We will do everything we can to accommodate your timing and will notify you via email with an estimated, expedited delivery date.

Returns & Exchanges: It's important to us that you are happy with your jewelry purchase. We will accept returns as long as they are returned to us within 14 days of receipt. You will need a valid Return Authorization (RA) number. Please contact us at customercare@jewelrybyyau.com or at 212-579-0249 with your name, order date, order total and briefly state your reason for returning your jewelry. If you wish to exchange your jewelry for something else, we will need to process the return transaction separately and you will need to submit an order for the new item. We will provide you with an RA #. Please note this RA # on your package when shipping it back to us. For a full refund (not including shipping charges), merchandise must be received by us in saleable condition.

If your jewelry was damaged due to shipping, we will replace it. Please contact us at customercare@jewelrybyyau.com or at 212-579-0249 to report the receipt of damaged jewelry as soon as possible so that we can get a replacement out to you quickly.

Repairs will be made free of charge for up to 6 months after purchase. Please contact us at customercare@jewelrybyyau.com or at 212-579-0249 to request repair and return instructions.
